We realise that more often than not you when selling your home you are also looking to buy a new home so we decided to offer 1 account for both buyers and sellers to make the process as easy as possible. Below we have detailed what services are available currently for sellers and buyers; and what we aim to add in the near future to make selling your own home even easier:

Sellers

We have the most comprehensive system in the marketplace which not only enables you to create your own schedule but also manage marketing activities. Below is a list of what is currently available:

• My Personal Details – you can edit your contact information yourself
   
• My Property Details – you can create and edit your own schedule following 4 easy steps. You can also activate/deactivate and change the status of your property within seconds. We don’t limit you to selling 1 property either, you can list as many as you wish.
   
• My Incomplete Adverts – we don’t expect you to complete your schedule first time. Our system saves your schedule after each stage, enabling you to take your time over what is an important step, and ensuring that you never lose information you have already entred. You can return and edit/complete your advert at any time.
   
• My Home Reports – you must purchase a home information pack or home report before selling your home and through this area of your account you can add and replace your report easily. This can then be downloaded by buyers through the site quickly and easily.
   
• My Property Marketing – you can manage your marketing activities for each property in your account easily, and pay online by credit card. This way you are always in control of your marketing activities. We will be expanding this over time offering a whole host of marketing options from newspaper adverts through to photography services.
   
• My Support Tickets – we are always on hand to help you sell your own home and we have provided a simple to use, secure ticketing system which allows you to contact us directly and keep a record of correspondence.

All of these features are available for both buyers and sellers, as are the buyer features below:

Buyers

• My Property Alerts – our advanced system enables you to subscribe to both e-mail and SMS text alerts easily, choosing the type of property you wish to be notified of. When a seller adds their property and it goes live on our site, within 10 seconds you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS with the details. These properties can then be viewed through the ‘results’ link so they are easily found.
   
• My Saved Properties – this feature enables you to add properties to your account when browsing through the site. You can add as many properties as you want, and view or delete when from within your account.
