You must order a Home Information Pack (Hip) before you advertise your property for sale in England or Wales.

Once you receive your Hip, upload it to the "My Account" section of our web site so that it can be viewed by prospective purchasers. Easy to use uploading instructions will be given to you when you register your property for sale.
