Writing your property schedule

With Sell Your Own Home we have taken a great deal of time to develop our website so its easy to use and create your property schedule. We lead you through a simple 4 stage process asking you all the information buyers will expect to know about your property. We also provide help and advice through the stages incase you need some guidance. You can even start the process and leave it to complete another time if you don’t have the time or you need to take some pictures or get some dimensions. It couldn’t be easier.
 

One important element in any property schedule is imagery. Pictures say a thousand words, so it pays to take your time and take some good pictures of your property. We allow up to 10 images per schedule so you have ample opportunity to show pictures  of your rooms, outside space and special features in your home. Don’t worry about formatting the pictures either simply upload them and if there are issues then we’ll sort them out for you and re-upload them to your schedule, it couldn’t be easier.
 

We have ensured that images are a focal point to the schedule and have a special image tool which expands and contracts depending on the size and shape of your image – click here for an example (click on any of the images in the schedule).
