Home Information Pack - England and Wales

You must order a Home Information Pack (Hip) before you advertise your property for sale in England or Wales. It's a legal requirement. You can order your Hip on line by clicking on one of the undernoted Companies.

These Companies subscribe to the Property Codes Compliance Board (www.propertycodes.org.uk) code of conduct for Hips providers and all are Members of the Association of Home Information Pack Providers (www.hipassociation.co.uk). Each allows you to track the progress of your Hip online.

Once you receive your Hip, upload it to the "My Account" section of our web site so that it can be viewed by prospective purchasers. Easy to use uploading instructions will be given to you when you register your property for sale.
